It’s pumpkin picking season! I’m loving how creative something so traditional like carving pumpkins has gotten in the past few years. I recently created a floral arrangement with a decorative pumpkin, it’s a great DIY for any of your fall entertaining needs! This DIY is so simple and easy anyone can do it – and you’ll be sure to have people talking about it. Click through for all the details.
What You’ll Need:
- A decorative craft pumpkin (orange// white)
- A glass (for measuring the hole to cut and for your flowers)
- A sharpie
- A knife
- Flowers of your choice
Y’all. I’m not kidding with how easy this DIY is. First things first, you need to measure the opening you’ll need in the top of your pumpkin. Tip your glass upside down over the stem of the pumpkin and trace the outside rim of the glass onto the pumpkin. Second, you can take the knife and carefully cut out the top opening.
Would you believe me if I said that was the hardest part?? Well, next you’ll need to arrange your flowers into the glass and then nicely position the glass inside of the cut-out in the pumpkin. Ta-Da! What do you think? Will you have one of these at friendsgiving this year?
